SoHookd Marketplace Gift Card Refund Policy

Refunds for SoHookd Marketplace Gift Cards may be granted by the SoHookd team within 30 days of the order date. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response from the SoHookd team for any refund request.

In order to receive a refund on a SoHookd Marketplace gift card amount, the SoHookd Marketplace Gift Card must retain its full value. If any amount has been used, the SoHookd team will be unable to refund. Processing fees will not be refunded.

For all refunds, please allow up to 30 business days for the charge to be added to your credit card.


Third Party Gift Card Refund Policy

Refunds for third party gift cards purchased on the SoHookd Marketplace (Nike, Whole Foods Market, Spafinder, etc.) may be granted by the SoHookd team within 30 days of the order date. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response from the SoHookd team for any refund request.

In order to receive a refund on a third party gift card amount, the third party gift card must retain its full value. If any amount has been used, the SoHookd team will be unable to refund. Processing fees will not be refunded.

If the third party gift card was purchased with your SoHookd balance (with a SoHookd Marketplace Gift Card), your refund will be in the form of SoHookd Marketplace credit. If the third party gift card was purchased with a credit card, your refund will be returned to the credit card with which you purchased the third party gift card.

For all refunds, please allow up to 30 business days for the charge to be added to your credit card or the SoHookd credit to be added to your account.

Other Refunds

Refunds for items other than SoHookd Marketplace Gift Cards and third party gift cards purchased on the SoHookd Marketplace will be handled on a case-by-case basis based on the SoHookd merchant’s policy.

Other Terms

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
